And so our hero begins anew, trapped in the living world without his considerable powers, for the span of a mortal life. His essence crammed into a mortal body, what he didn't expect was to start out nearly penniless after having lived as a Noble for over a century. Still... at least he has a parcel of land to call his own, right? Its the little things that caught up to him, proving how detached from the living he'd been for so long, and in the western society he's been dropped in, no one seems to think properly at all. It took a great deal of reading to comprehend enough to cope at the job he found in the business district, and outside of work... mostly he just kept to himself. Food could be a bit of a problem sometimes though.... The first time cooking with an electric stove didn't really work out so well. He stuck to salads and sandwiches for quite a while after this, even if he did have the fire out long before the firemen arrived on scene. Still, in between work, and the maintenance of the tiny shack he had found residence in, he still found intelligent ways to amuse himself every once in a while. And after hard day or work and exercise, Byakuya did still have one little indulgence left to him...
